Ann Baldwin, PhD – Physiologist and Wellness Coach

Ann received her undergraduate degree in physics from the University of Bristol, UK and she earned her Masters degree in radiation physics and PhD in physiology from the university of London, UK. Her focus is on helping people reduce the damaging effects of mental and emotional stress (ie. chronic pain, headaches, insomnia, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression) by using Mindfulness Meditation, Biofeedback, Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Trauma Release Exercises and Equine Therapy. As a certified HeartMath provider, Ann finds that the HeartMath programs and Biofeedback devices really help her clients manage their stress and improve their relationshiips. She is also a Karuna and Usui Reiki Master and has practiced Reiki on people and animals for the last 15 years. She has published over 100 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has been a member of several review panels for National Institutes of Health. With her teaching experience and extensive scientific background, Ann can clearly explain how the complementary therapies she uses are beneficial, non-invasive and supported by scientific data. Hannah Ebner – Yoga and Meditation
Hannah Ebner has a passion for helping people connect more deeply to themselves and to each other.  She teaches Yoga and Heart Rhythm Meditation for embodiment, self-regulation, and spiritual growth.  For the last eight years she has taught at Montessori schools, volunteered with the Alternatives to Violence Project in prisons, and facilitated the Our Whole Lives Sexuality Education program for various age groups.  She received her BA in English Literature from Carleton College in Minnesota, and her MAEd from St. Catherine University.  In 2015 Hannah completed a two-year training in Heart Rhythm Meditation with the Institute for Applied Meditation on the Heart and has continued to meditate, attend retreats, and teach community meditation classes since then.  She also holds a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher certificate. Sequoia Rudolph, M.Ed. – Life Coach

Sequoia Rudolph is a Life Coach and has a Master’s Degree in Education. She has been a special education teacher for nearly twenty years. Her career has spanned teaching three-year-old preschoolers with developmental delays, to providing special education services to twenty-two-year-old incarcerated adults as the Special Education Director in Coconino County Regional Accommodation School District.  She is a graduate of the Newfield Network Life Coaching Program, and she truly enjoys the process of developing a partnership with a diverse group of clients to discover their path, what prevents them from getting desired results, and living the life they want.  Sequoia is a writer, and she is publishing her first novel, Smoke Follows Beauty.
